"Tiger" TG Ramesh, Global CEO, brings to CSS Corp his significant experience in building businesses in the services and technology space. Tiger has built a name for himself by proving his ability in competitive environments by having set up businesses and operations globally and delivering stellar results.

Earlier, Tiger had co-founded India's first remote IT infrastructure management company Bangalore Labs and subsequently went on to co-found Quintant Services, India's first integrated Technology and Operations business service provider. Quintant was acquired and integrated with iGate Solutions (now known as iGate-Patni), where he built the BPO and BSP businesses.

Prior to his entrepreneurial stint, Tiger was the Country Manager for Nortel Networks for India and the SAARC region. He is credited with structuring large and complex deals for his customers involving international roll out of services in the BFSI, Telecommunications and Technology space.

Tiger holds a degree in Engineering (Electronics and Telecommunications) from Madurai-Kamaraj University, India.

Sanjiva Singh has been the driving force behind CSS Corp' growth over the last decade. With over 17 years of senior-level experience in technology outsourcing, financial services and strategic management, he is a result-oriented business leader, with proven expertise in strategy, account management, operations management, sales and business development.

Having pioneered several strategic business and growth opportunities for CSS Corp, Sanjiva has shown remarkable focus in keeping all our customers referenceable. He has also been responsible for successfully handling key global accounts and bringing in an elite array of Fortune 500 customers over the years. Prior to CSS Corp, he was SVP with ICICI and was responsible for leading one of its regional operations.

Sanjiva is an Engineering graduate from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and has an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.

Rameshkumar V joins us as Chief Financial Officer- Global. Ramesh is a proven chartered and cost accountant and he brings on board 25 years of valued financial experience. As the CFO, Ramesh will be responsible for aligning the organization's business strategies to financial and corporate governance. He will handle overall finances of the organization.

Prior to joining CSS Corp., Ramesh was the Group Senior Vice President, Finance at Mahindra Satyam. He was the Global Treasurer and the business finance head of Americas and one of the key members in turning around the company. He was also instrumental in building financial frameworks for startups across several sectors.

As a mentor and leader, Ramesh has successfully led and implemented various initiatives such as six sigma, training, mentoring during his long standing career.

Kumar Ekambaram brings with him 28 years of diverse and hands-on experience in setting up new projects with innovative business models across diverse verticals while managing large operations which include setting up of HR systems and practices. He has worked with leading players in key industries such as National Dairy Development Board, Apollo Hospitals Group and Tata Group Companies like Indian Hotels Company, Tata Teleservices Ltd. and E2E SerWiz Solutions Ltd.

His varied expertise and rich experience across industries such as Dairy, Packaging, Healthcare, Hospitality, Telecom, BPO and Realty helped him handle both cost centre and profit centre responsibilities. He has also managed a 1000 seater BPO and was responsible for the Telecom Business vertical across three centres.

Kumar is an electrical engineer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Ahmedabad.

Dan Bujold now is SVP & Head - Carrier Services at CSS Corp, with the acquisition of Glow Networks by CSS Corp in 2010. Prior to that, as Co-Founder and VP-GM of Glow Networks, Dan was involved in guiding the sales and operations at Glow since 2000. With more than 20 years of telecom experience in the areas of product development, product management, network engineering and network planning, he was instrumental in Glow Networks' growth.

Mr. Bujold is widely recognized for leading teams to successfully deploy complex technologies while ensuring on-time delivery to market with a customer relationship focus. Prior to joining Glow Networks, he led a group of 350 people as Director, Wireless Engineering Operations-US Region for Nortel Networks . There, he was responsible for establishing and growing the CDMA Network Engineering organization for the then new wireless technology. This team was instrumental in supporting the end-to-end engineering deployments for Nortel's largest order at the time for the initial phases of the Sprint PCS Network.

Mr. Bujold earned a Bachelors of Computer Science with Honors from Acadia University, Canada.

Suresh Babu is the Senior Vice President of Product & Application Lifecycle Services. He has 20 years of experience, and has been instrumental in establishing robust sales & execution teams, continuously driving profitable growth. In his distinguished and illustrious career, Suresh has excelled in the areas of R&D, Operations, and Product Management and emerged as a leader in Sales and Business Management.

Prior to joining CSS Corp, Suresh was Senior Vice President at Sierra Atlantic, Inc. / Hitachi Consulting responsible for managing High-Tech, Manufacturing and Life Sciences business unit. With his leadership, the company revenue grew over 300% & saw significant increase in valuation. In the past, Suresh worked for Digital / Compaq / HP in the US and India in the roles of Sales / Sales Management, Product Management and Business Leadership. He has previously worked with TVS Electronics and BHEL.

A proven leader with a successful track record, Suresh prides himself in execution excellence. He holds a degree in Engineering from the Bangalore University.

Srinivas Anappindi (Srini) brings in over 24+ years of cross functional and hands-on experience in leading IT, BPO and Telecom companies across the complete business lifecycle in Information Technology such as Sales, Pre-sales, Projects, Operations and Research in various verticals.

At CSS Corp, Srini oversees the internal IT Architecture, Information Security & Systems, Operational Integrity across CSS Corp. He is also responsible for planning and implementation of IT strategies in line with corporate objectives towards New Venture Business and Acquisitions.

Prior to joining CSS Corp, Srini has had different technology leadership roles for companies such as Satyam, Tata Business Support Services, Network Solutions Pvt limited and BPL Telecom. His varied technology expertise has helped them execute large and complex Data Centers, Call Centers, and Banking Network projects in India and US.

Srini has a Bachelor Degree in Computers, Electronics and Communication Engineering.
