CSS Corp was among the select companies profiled by Forrester, which evaluated leading IT infrastructure outsourcing providers, and their offerings in the areas of Desktop Management, Deskside Support, Datacenter Management, Managed Network & Helpdesk, in the report titled "Smaller India-Based Infrastructure Providers Can Be The Right Size For The Right Clients (September 18, 2007)".
The report cites hundreds of global infrastructure management clients who are already benefiting from lower cost remote service delivery in selective outsourcing deals delivered by smaller firms.
Specifically, CSS Corp showed the highest revenue growth in the infrastructure management space, boosted by its high-profile contract wins with Nortel, BlackBoard and Virgin America.
"CSS Corp is showing decent growth in the remote infrastructure management space, particularly in support services. CSS Corp is naturally vertically aligned with high tech clients (from which it derives 50% of its revenue), and is also developing a presence supporting professional services and financial services clients (each accounting for 15% of CSS Corp's revenue). Also notable is the investment by Goldman Sachs, Sierra Ventures, and SAIF," the Forrester report stated.
