Process standards followed by CSS Corp are very good (both Technical and non-Technical Documentation). Security is high. Training Sessions are very much useful to the employees, in terms of their project development and knowledge improvement. Environment and work area are good. Employees are always engaged with some work during the working hours, so that they need not feel bored while they are at office. Entertainment programs are giving more enthusiasm to the employees (Movies and other Cultural Programs). Leaves are acceptable. Almost everything is good.
