Career Program for Research Engineers

Requirement and selection process:

CSS Labs seeks fresh engineering graduates with an aptitude towards research, innovation and learning emerging technologies. Graduates / Post Graduates who have completed in the year 2007/08 and who are willing to be part of a hardcore technology training in select technologies through a structured and rigorous program can apply with all relevant details.

Short listing and selection is strictly on merit. The selection process is multi-level with standard aptitude test, group discussion and personal interview. Candidates are filtered after each level. Finally, the candidates with all-round capabilities will be selected and informed. All selected candidates have to sign a training agreement with CSS (Cybernet-SlashSupport) for a min period of two years.

Once selected, you will undergo deep expertise training on one or many of these emerging technologies, which you find in the list below:

The training will be hands-on with project experience and will lead to standard industry certifications.

As part of the CoE, you will ensure that software applications, product platforms, web-based application stacks, and business process frameworks constructed on top of technology layers, not only meet technical and business requirements, but are also optimized in terms of performance and resource usage.
