Women 25 (W25) is an initiative that brings together budding women leaders across geographies to a mentorship program. The program hones their skills and builds the leadership qualities to help them become the leaders of tomorrow. W25 was launched on International Women’s day (Mar, 8th 2021). On this special occasion we had two industry eminent women share their experiences and incredible journey with us.
About the Speaker
Anu Sriram is the Co-founder and Joint Managing Director of Integra Software Services, a 2000+ employee company providing digital e-learning and content services to the digital publishing industry. She had been selected as one of the 15 Faces of the Future, by India Today. She has been the recipient of various awards including the “Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur-SSI” from ESC. Anu is also the recipient of India Today’s Business Wizards of Tamil Nadu - An award conferred as a Tribute to Women Entrepreneurs.

Dr. Rekha Shetty is the Managing Director of Farstar Distribution Network Ltd (www.mindspower.com), a unique consultancy company devoted exclusively to innovation and creativity. She is an author, an entrepreneur and an original thinker. Rekha had been the Group Vice President of the Apollo Hospitals. She has written 11 books, most of them published by Penguin. Some of her renowned books are “The Zero Heart Attack Path”, “Portable Roots”, “Corporate Strategy, “Mindspower Innovation”, “Innovate! 90 Days To Transform Your Business”, “The Happiness Quotient”, “Innovation Sutra” and the “Everyday Happiness Mantras”.
