The Youth 25 initiative targets kindling young minds and provides them a collaborative platform to become leaders of tomorrow. This would be implemented in two phases. Phase 1 covers a basic assessment around analytical thinking, creativity, and alignment to the organization’s core values. Phase 2 packs in a Hackathon where sponsored teams crack out a business challenge to win coveted titles like YOUphoric - Social Media Icon, YOUnique - Youth Icon, and “The YOUthentic Team.” This initiative runs from April to Aug 2021.
