Sunil Mittal is the Chief Executive Officer of CSS Corp, a global customer experience and technology consulting services company, with over 10,000 employees in five continents. He is an industry thought leader and has successfully steered CSS Corp’s strategy and evolution across his tenure here.

With 23+ years of experience in the IT and BPM services industry, Sunil provides strategic insight and direction for CSS Corp while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He brings deep operational knowledge of developing new markets, orchestrating business turnarounds, structuring world-class service delivery, building win-win partnerships, spearheading M&A, and leading cross-cultural teams. He has been a key architect of the company’s solid growth trajectory and resilience.

Sunil is a champion of the people-first approach as the means to drive customer-centricity. With this philosophy, he has excelled at creating shareholder value, especially in private equity-owned setups. He encourages cross-enterprise innovation and collaboration as essential elements to achieve digital transformation.

Prior to CSS Corp, Sunil spent 18 years at Infosys across multiple geographies where he held multiple leadership positions. He was widely credited for his sharp business acumen and outcome-focused approach while managing strategic client accounts, incubating new business capabilities, and nurturing C-level relationships across the industry.

Sunil serves on several association boards, including the Partner Advisory Board of the Technology Services Industry Association, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council. Sunil holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
