Trace Anderman

SVP - Sales & Account Management

Trace is a trusted client advisor and people leader. As an executive, she has led new logo and enterprise sales teams and has over 15 years of experience transforming customer’s experience of Fortune 500 companies through call center optimization. She brings solid experience in the contact center outsourcing industry with focus on enterprise account management and new business growth.

At CSS Corp, Trace Anderman manages Sales & Account Management for all CX and consumer support accounts and is a member of the senior leadership team.

In her last role, Trace was EVP at Teleperformance where she managed a team of sales executives with both hunting and farming responsibilities for healthcare, banking, financial services, and non-healthcare insurance, in addition to the Canadian and government markets.

Prior to Teleperformance, Trace was the North America Sales Director at Concentrix where she managed a team of sales executives with both hunting and farming responsibilities for all verticals: healthcare, BFSI, retail & e-Retail, technology, TTT, utility, teleco (including wireless and cable), CPG, automotive, digital & eCommerce verticals, and new emerging markets.

Trace has proven expertise in performance management, contact center technology, contact flow design, customer satisfaction measurements, financial care, digital adoption; building brand loyalty and retention; omni-channel support & design, including emerging technologies including predictive chat, analytics, RPA, social media, community, and mobile support platforms.

Trace has graduated in Political Science from Seattle University. She loves being on the water and is an avid sailor.
