Role Summary & Experience

  • We are looking for passionate and experienced AVP/VP candidates with a proven track record of acquiring new logos.
  • Experience in selling Cloud, Infrastructure, Application Development, testing and digital solutions
  • Additional experience in selling Automation platforms, Dev Ops solutions will be beneficial.
  • This individual will have end-to-end responsibility for customer acquisition and stakeholder management.

Job Description

  • Meet/exceed revenue targets through recognized revenue from new logos acquired and through active pipeline management.
  • Identify and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies by leveraging CSS Corp service offerings.
  • Create a defined set of target accounts across desired industry verticals. Develop and execute a pursuit strategy for them.
  • Ability to be consultative through the sales process and work from the ground up on solutions to close deals.
  • Provide competitive intelligence on pursuits and leverage the collective strength of the organization to present winning solutions to the client.
  • Provide market feedback to the executive management team and identify opportunities that enhance our business and revenue.
  • Manage opportunities across the entire sales cycle including qualification, pitching, presenting, manage proactive proposals /RFPs, and closing deals with internal support groups (Pre-sales, Marketing, Inside-sales, delivery, and operations).
  • Use internal sales tracking tools diligently to maintain a full record of all sales activity and generate reports for stakeholders providing visibility to the sales pipeline.
  • Present the portfolio of CSS Corp solution offerings and capabilities to customers clearly articulating our value proposition and differentiators with the right alignment with Solution Architects (as needed).
  • Contribute to and execute Go-to-Market strategy for CSS Corp.
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and relationships that will increase the deployment of CSS Corp solutions and services within current clients.

Desired Skills:

  • At least 10 years of relevant IT services and sales experience.
  • Experience in Digital technologies, Application services, IT Infra services (Data Center, Workplace Services, IT Service Management, Cloud migration and operations, Network management and operations)
  • A self-starter with a passion for New Logo Sales and Business Development.
  • Negotiate pricing and contracts. Meet and exceed quota standards.
  • Develop and optimize a sales pipeline, manage pursuit strategies focused on senior executives to deliver new client wins.
  • Previous senior-level consultative sales experience, specifically working with C and VP level executives to negotiate and close deals.

Vice President – Geospatial Services

Designation: VP & Head – Geospatial Services

Experience: 10 – 15 Years experience in selling Geo-Spatial Services

Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned VP & Head – Geospatial Services with a strong track record and experience selling in Geo Data, Geospatial / GIS, Remote Sensing, and LiDAR services to Autonomous Driving, Navigation Products, Services or Application companies.

This Sales Leadership role will have end-to-end sales cycle and account management responsibility and will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of CSS’ GIS growth.

 

Job Description:

  • Responsible for direct sales, existing client relationships and managing a hybrid sales and account management team.
  • Identify and implement comprehensive business development and sales strategies by leveraging existing Rolodex and mapping to CSS Geospatial service offerings
  • Established network within the Geospatial Industry (Primarily Navigation, Autonomous driving, HD Mapping) focused on decision-makers to develop business focused on Geospatial services within that network
  • Create and execute Go-to-Market strategy for target account list
  • Actively create and manage a strong and qualified pipeline with a high potential for conversion
  • Meet / Exceed sales revenues, sales profitability, and new customer acquisition
  • Provide market feedback to the executive management team and identify opportunities that enhance our business and revenue
  • Develop strong rapport with clients, business partners and internal business partners by providing support, information, and guidance, researching, and recommending new opportunities
  • Open doors for CSS into the CXO suite and be able to present the CSS Corp portfolio of offerings
  • Use internal Sales Tracking tools diligently to maintain a full record of all sales activity and generate reports for stakeholders providing visibility to the sales pipeline

Desired Skills:

The ideal candidate will be a seasoned Sales Leader with a proven track record of driving high-value net new business and growing existing business by leveraging and creating executive-level relationships. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 10 to 15 years of proven track record and experience selling Geo-Spatial Services (Navigation, HD Mapping, Labelling Annotation, Land base, Telecom and Utilities Domains).
  • Experience in Sales Leadership for Navigation, Autonomous driving, Urban planning, Logistics and Delivery, Utilities & Telecom, companies
  • Strong understanding of market trends and ability to create an end-to-end, multifaceted, go-to-market strategy for the service line.
  • Ability to represent the company in external forums, conferences, analyst/advisor meetings, panels, etc.
  • Develop and optimize a sales pipeline, manage pursuit strategies focused on senior executives to deliver new client wins
  • Previous executive-level consultative sales experience, specifically working with C suite executives to negotiate and close deals.

Job Description 

  • Utilizes GIS desktop and online products, modeling, and complex geospatial workflows to create highly customized solutions (primarily for navigation & HD Mapping clients)
  • Informs and educates GIS personnel about new capabilities, techniques, templates, and products are being properly and consistently applied across all regions
  • Prior experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs through providing relevant technical solutions and highlighting CSS Corp’s core expertise/domain interests is preferred
  • Creates, collaborates and manages all aspects of creating a solution (Ex: map creation for project fulfillment) along with our sales professionals and their clients.
  • Recommends, collaborates, and implements changes to internal processes by working with stakeholders to improve the delivery of GIS and related content to our internal and external audiences.
  • Serves as a champion of the Geospatial platform and educates end-user groups on the capabilities of Geospatial services. Solicits feedback from clients and relays information to stakeholders to provide an excellent customer service experience
  • Makes recommendations to Geospatial leaders with ideas and improvements to current and new services.
  • Exposure in participating in industry-led events, conducting workshops with clients in collaboration with the sales team, proactively identifying customer’s key challenges and articulating industry-specific solutions
  • Familiar with bid management process and has working knowledge on bidding models

 

Desired Skills

  • 5 to 10 years of related work experience in Geospatial Technologies
  • Priority given to candidates with direct experience in working in the Navigation domain with solution specialist experience
  • Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) or related certifications would be an advantage
  • Understanding of GIS data management technologies, enterprise-level GIS platforms, geospatial applications development, integrated geospatial solutions
  • Experience in implementing best practices solution methodologies and techniques
