Title:  Senior Director/AVP – Pre-Sales

Location: US/Canada – Remote

Reporting:  SVP – Sales & Account Management

 

Role Summary & Experience

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Director/AVP candidate with a proven track record for leading Pre-sales, solutions teams in Infrastructure, Cloud and Security businesses.

  • Experience in creating innovative, industry-aligned solutions including cloud, automation technologies will be key.
  • Experience in Data Center, Workplace, Network, and Cloud technologies is critical. Additional experience in Application and Digital Services will be beneficial.
  • This individual will have end-to-end responsibility to lead Pre-sales and offering for INCS (Infrastructure, Cloud, Network and Security) business unit.

 

Job Description

  • Manage the solutions for RFPs, proactive proposals. Create new offerings and solutions. Support sales teams in customer meetings for solution discussions. Working with delivery and automation COE’s to design and build the right solution.
  • Meet / Exceed Account(s) revenue targets.
  • Contribute to and execute Go-to-Market strategy for CSS Corp
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances, and relationships that will increase the deployment of CSS solutions and services within current clients.

 

Desired Skills:  

  • 15-20 years of relevant IT services and sales experience.
  • Proven experience of successful client relationship management and delivering account growth
  • Experience in IT Infra services (ITIL, Service management etc.) will be preferred.
  • Experience in Hi-Tech, FinTech, Health Tech verticals will be preferred

Senior Director/AVP Cloud Solutions Architect

Title:  Senior Director / AVP / Head – Cloud Solutions

Location: US/Canada – Remote

Reporting:  SVP Sales & Account Management

 

Role Summary & Experience

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Director/AVP Candidate to lead Cloud Solutions across different service lines of Infrastructure and Applications, Data. The individual should have a proven track record for leading Pre-sales, solution functions with specialization in Hyper Scalers like AWS, Azure and GCP.

  • Experience in creating innovative, industry-aligned solutions including cloud, automation technologies will be key.
  • Experience in using Cloud technologies for Data Center, workplaces, Data Analytics, Dev Ops is critical. Additional experience in Application and Digital Services will be beneficial.
  • This individual will have end-to-end responsibility to lead Cloud Practice for the various business units.

  • We are looking for passionate and experienced AVP/VP candidates with proven track record of acquiring new logos and expanding selected named accounts.
  • Experience in selling Cloud, Infrastructure, Networking and security services.
  • Additional experience in Application, Dev Ops will be beneficial.
  • This individual will have end-to-end responsibility for customer acquisition and stakeholder management supported by Insight sales and Pre-sales teams.

 

Job Description

  • Acquire New Logos, Manage Existing named client account(s) and relationships Account(s) Pipeline management and reporting.
  • Meet / Exceed Account(s) revenue targets.
  • Manage and work with delivery teams on the fulfillment.
  • Responsible to develop account growth plan and manage opportunities across the entire sales cycle including qualification, pitching, presenting, manage proactive proposals /RFPs, and closing deals with internal support groups (Pre-sales, Marketing, Inside-sales, delivery, and operations).
  • Contribute to and execute Go-to- Market strategy for CSS Corp
  • Identify potential strategic partners, alliances and relationships that will increase the deployment of CSS solutions and services within current clients.
