Routing & Switching (R&S) Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Deploy large network backbones or integrating complex network technologies on a national basis
  • Interpret client needs, assess the full requirements, and identify suitable solutions
  • Input to cost/timescale solutions/options and manage expectations as appropriate with the customer
  • Support on the service delivery and network solution implementation
  • Provide support and troubleshooting service for the network infrastructure related incidents and problems.
  • Update Project Information Form (PIF)
  • Verify hardware inventory and configuration
  • Update inventory databases
  • Create System Engineering Documents (SED)
  • Create IP and Platform work orders
  • Coordinate network VLAN turn-up
  • Create work orders to get configurations in place

Requirements

  • CCIE R/S or CCIE SP certifications preferred
  • Experience in working on Cisco SP high end routers (ASR9K, CRS, ASR907, 920)
  • Familiar with the following routing protocols & technologies: IOS-XR, IOS-XE, IGP/EGP/OSPF/BGP/MPLS, RSVP-TE, LDP, MP-BGP, L2/L3VPN, MVPN, high availability, network/device security, netflow, QoS, IP SLA, network management
  • Experience in NCS5500, Segment Routing and Integration with Orchestration Software such as WAE, XTC and NSO is a plus
  • Experience with Cloud technology concepts / programs
  • Experience with Cisco Security platforms
  • Experience Cisco routing and switching product and Cisco IOS, NXOS, XOS
  • Experience in building and designing large multi-protocol inter-networks
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated industry awareness

Packet Core PCRF Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Design and optimize PCRF solutions to meet customer requirements
  • Deploy architecture and perform integration of software packages
  • Perform system and customer acceptance of customer’s software solutions
  • Coordinate with customers or vendor’s configuration and integration teams
  • Analyze and suggest improvement to both IP and legacy based networks
  • Work under aggressive project timelines
  • Mentor and lead small teams of engineers

Requirements

  • College degree in a relevant field (Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, etc.)
  • CCNA certification (CCIE preferred)
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with 3G/4G networks, RAIDUS, DIAMETER, and PCRF
  • Experience with IMS reports
  • Expert level knowledge of Packet Switched Core Networking protocols of SGSN, GGSN, and GPRS network interfaces
  • Experience with RAN and RNC technologies
  • Highly proficient with communications and data network protocols, parameters, and interfaces: S11, Gn, Gi, Gx, Gy, Rx
  • Expert level knowledge of Policy & Control Charging Functions and billing
  • Proficiency with theory and application of IP Networking Fundamental
  • Proficiency with MPLS, BFP, OSPF, SS7, and SIGTAN protocols
  • Experience with server virtualization
  • Hands on programming / scripting skills using languages like UNIX / Linux, LUX, No-SQL, Java, JavaScript, Python
  • Expertise with DIAMETER protocol (RFC 3588)
  • Familiar with DRA / DRE

Senior Cisco ICM/CVP Architect

Senior Cisco ICM/CVP Architect

  • A senior Cisco ICM/CVP architect with at least 15+ years of experience designing, implementing, supporting large complex enterprise Cisco ICM/UCCE/CVP solutions involving multiple vendors and 100+ call centers
  • Architects, designs,and help implement and maintain large complex enterprise solutions using the Cisco ICM/UCCE platform
  • Architects and helps integrates core technologies into the Cisco ICM/UCCE platform including but not limited to CTI related products, Cisco CVP Solution Architecture and Integration Design, enterprise reporting solutions, and custom elements
  • Provides on-call support for Cisco ICM/UCCE environment
  • Advanced trouble shooting skills required as Cisco ICM/UCCE/CVP issues arise to include working with Cisco TAC as required
  • Communicates effectively with executives, business owners, architects, project managers, and developers.
  • Negotiates exact technical requirements with vendors; establishes contracts, and writes technical contract specifications and proposals.
  • Assist in evaluating and certifying available vendor offerings to establish voice and network architecture solutions, planning future enhancements and directions for the vendor’s call center environment.
  • Experience with Cisco data model and reporting, DB optimization/performance tuning and SQL
  • Cisco CVP Call Studio design and development experience
  • Experience with Cisco ICM Script Design, Development, and Deployment
