Location : Chennai/ Bengaluru/ Hyderabad

 

About the role:  

CSS Corp is seeking a goal-oriented and strategic-thinking person to join the Account Management Team.  As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for making sure client and customer needs are being met and understood by each department in the company. Duties include working with the client directly, working to find strategic solutions through business transformation, and managing other departments to ensure clients are experiencing a positive client-company relationship.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree from any premier business school in India
  • Client Management Experience – Optimal client engagement and maintain good CSAT levels
  • Revenue & P&L Maintenance – Manage costs and meet financial goals
  • Risk Management – Foresee and deploy necessary steps to ensure risk is mitigated
  • Business Optimization – Identifying process improvement opportunities and working with the IT team to deploy automation & technologies
  • Customer-oriented with Strong presentation skills
  • Conducting internal & external business review meetings and sales proposals
  • Ability to be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with clients, employees, and team members and to be a team-player
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
  • Persuasiveness in communicating and presenting the scope of CSS Corp’s products to industry prospects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
