Interactive Voice Response (IVR) for both Dev and Test 

IVR Developer Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience Cisco Call Studio
  • 5+ years’ experience Java/J2EE
  • IVR/VXML experience
  • Java experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience with creating and modifying complex CVP Call Studio custom elements
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Experience in performing rigorous unit test case scenarios
  • Individual needs to be a self-starter and an independent worker

Nice to have:

  • Experience with creating WSDL web service clients
  • Experience with creating RESTful web service clients
  • Experience with JSON
  • Experience with SVN Repositories
  • Experience with VoiceXML
  • Experience in Natural Language (NLU) grammar development and speech optimization


IVR Test Requirements

  • 2+ years of software testing experience
  • 2+ years’ experience maintain data logs
  • 1-year experience writing test scripts and test plans
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • IVR/VXML experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Nice to have

  • Experience maintaining test data
