Cisco/UCCE Administrator

Key Role:
Administer Cisco UCCE including Finesse.  Troubleshoot complex system issues for end user resolution, acting as a Tier II support to independently analyze, solve, and correct issues in real time and provide end-to-end problem resolution. Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot Cisco Call Center Mobile Agents and internal Call Center agents. Support Work at home and Retail phones and call routing.  On call one week every two months.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Experience with configuring and maintaining, voice, and data networks
  • Experience with introducing new hardware or software into a new or existing environment while minimizing disruption and mitigating risks
  • Knowledge of Cisco routers and switches
  • 5+ years’ experience with Cisco UCCE environments
  • Self-motivated to complete tasks on projects on time
  • Some night work for upgrades and maintenance will be needed
  • HS diploma or GED and 18+ years of experience with systems integration or BA or BS degree in CS, Engineering, Mathematics, or IT and 10+ years of experience with systems integration
