Position: Sales Transformation & Strategy Manager

Location: Bengaluru / Chennai / Hyderabad

Attributes and Skills:

  • Master’s degree from any premier business school in India
  • Excellent sense of ownership.
  • Excellent oral, written communication skills, good presentation skills with a focus on effective information dissemination.
  • Learn CSS Corp business model and Offerings/Go to market.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to follow through processes to closure.
  • Good inter personnel skills coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Deadline driven & Self-motivated.
  • Prior account management/ Direct sales/Sales excellence experience is preferred.

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Sales transformation
    1. Drive sales pipeline initiatives
    2. Proactive proposal pipeline
    3. Revenue projection and reconciliation across sales, delivery, and Talent planning
    4. Bench and proactive hiring plan

 

  1. Engagement transformation & Client engagement
    1. Drive consistent engagement transformation roadmap working closely with delivery teams
    2. Follow-through action items and execution
    3. Drive Quarterly Business review quality and content consistency
    4. Drive service improvements

 

  1. Strategic growth initiatives
    1. Account growth strategy
    2. Supporting Account Plans and Analytics.
    3. Preparing strategy documents
    4. Account-based marketing and client engagement initiatives
    5. Coordinate sales & marketing programs and promotions and generate periodic and special reports.
    6. Market, Industry Segment, Account-specific research, and analysis.

 

  1. Account specific activities
    1. Billing and account receivables
    2. Contract coordination with legal, delivery, and sales team
    3. Post-sales – Service readiness coordination
    4. Sales reporting – FTE count, upsides, Top 20 can be directly pulled from Salesforces, and it needs to be leveraged
    5. CET decks ownership with delivery, AM/Sales team will complete their part
