Position: Marketing Manager, Solutions and Campaigns

Location: Bengaluru

Experience: 5 to 8 Years

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve a deep understanding of CSS Corp services and platforms, our positioning statements, and business needs, and create buyer personas.
  • Conceptualize and execute campaigns (writing content for strategic solutions and campaigns from scratch), engagement and nurturing, advertising, webinars, sales enablement, direct mail, trade shows, social media, and more.
  • Increase lead generation and qualification through a strategic and prescriptive demand generation strategy by segment and persona. This includes inbound lead acquisition and outbound account-based marketing strategy.
  • Utilize marketing and sales platforms (like Hubspot and Salesloft), own and execute demand generation activities included, but not limited to, engagement campaigns (lead nurturing), prospect intelligence, lead scoring, digital content strategy (gated content offers), and more.
  • Work closely with the sales, delivery and product leadership on strategy, sales plays, and campaigns.
  • Support strategic planning and review process through ongoing collection, tracking, analysis and presentation of information related to business priorities, competitive intelligence, industry growth trends etc.
  • Convert open-ended/ multi-dimensional ideas into clear narratives, solutions, or flows on slides
  • Support thought leadership and strategic marketing activities to improve internal and external branding and ensure messaging are coherent with strategic priorities.

 

The Profile:

  • A full-time MBA is a must
  • Experience in the range of 5+ years
  • Deep understanding of B2B technology marketing and should have demonstrated results with demand gen campaigns
  • Exceptional ability to write and produce engaging content, able to write quickly and concisely for non-technical audiences, writing samples required
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service and IT industry is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of initiative, with the ability to work in and across teams.
  • Some experience with sales and marketing platforms like Salesforce, Hubspot, Salesloft, etc.
