Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Experience: 5 years of experience in Recruitment

We’re looking for partners in crime to help us scale to 300+ FTEs in the next 2 years.

What you’ll be doing:

• Scouting for talent, supporting the full lifecycle recruitment process from requisition through to the onboarding of candidates.
• Find the right balance between job boards, advertising, LinkedIn, social media, and headhunting in order to attract the best candidates.
• Interview and assess candidates making sure that they are a good fit
• Support the Leadership Team in building attractive compensation packages for new and existing employees.
• Work closely with specialized companies for market reports
• Come up with ideas on how we can surprise our colleagues with parties, team buildings, and other company events

• Immediately operational and full of initiatives
• 5 years of experience in recruitment agencies/corporate environment
• Proven track record of hiring experience (IT/Tech profiles hiring is considered a plus)
• Fluent in English
• Familiar with the employment laws (Poland)

• Passionate about creating hiring strategies and building procedures
• Leader by example
• Familiar working with ATSs
