Job Title: Senior Salesforce Community Cloud Tester
Location:  Chennai/Bangalore/Hyderabad
Experience: 5-7 years of manual testing experience

Job Description

• Writing manual test scripts with the aid of test tools and test execution
• Testing SFDC/Salesforce Community cloud/CRM Web applications against the system requirements/specifications.
• Working closely with the internal and external design/test teams in identifying problems
• Ability to lead/review team members’ issues/ test cases
• Take ownership of the application – Functional testing – provide sign off for releases
• Need to understand the requirements and identify business requirements.
• Test planning and preparation of test scenarios and test strategy
• Page Builders
• Test case elaboration
• Functional testing of the requirement
• Reporting the bugs
• Test case execution
• Perform impact regression testing
• Update the requirement validation notes in the ticket
• Adhering to all the QAP processes defined
• Approve the ticket after all the QA process is done
• Team coordination
• Troubleshoot and problem-solving
• Sharing the Daily status and Weekly status reports
• A tester needs to have clear communication with the development team, to understand the customizable features that are being built into Sales Force
• The tester needs to coordinate with the business whenever required as the requirement document for Salesforce is usually complex to understand and requires a lot of effort to be understandable by the testers.
• The tester needs to conduct role-based testing to ensure the consistency of data with various user roles.
• The tester needs to perform compatibility testing of the third-party applications integrated with SalesForce if any

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of manual testing experience with a significant focus being on test engineering in SFDC projects
• Experience in SFDC testing for at least a minimum of 3 + years with alignment of salesforce Community Cloud
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Shift Hours: 1.30 to 10.30pm IST (6 months)/ 2.30 to 11.30pm IST (6 months) to overlap with US time and scrum teams. Provided support till 12PM CST.
