Kapil Tewari

Kapil is an accomplished sales and business development leader with over 18 years of experience in information technology, hi-tech, retail, automotive, and medical systems. He specializes in IT/BPO outsourcing, partner development, consultative sales, contract negotiations, account management, and strategic sourcing. Kapil has diverse experience in managing CXO level strategic relationships with clients and vendor partners in Asia, Europe, and North America.

At CSS Corp, Kapil is responsible for new business development and account management for strategic clients in North America. Kapil also leads the global sales team for Geospatial Services – a unit which he incubated and scaled up. In his previous stint with Infosys, he managed a large portfolio spread across US, EMEA, and APAC for a Fortune 10 client. He has also been with Honda, GE, Delphi, IKEA, and Royal DSM N.V., handling various strategic sourcing and leading business development teams.

Kapil has led disruptive transformations with Fortune 100 clients and consistently delivered industry-leading growth. He takes lot of pride in developing and nurturing top talent to create high achieving sales and engagement teams .

Kapil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Technology (Mechanical Engineering) from GBPUAT, Pantnagar (India) and a Master’s in Business Management from the Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad). He is an avid reader of non-fiction, business, and history. In his spare time, Kapil loves cycling, playing table tennis, and has a knack for cooking.
