With 23+ years of experience in the IT and BPM services industry, Sunil provides strategic insight and direction for CSS Corp while nurturing a strong leadership team to drive its execution. He brings deep operational knowledge of developing new markets, orchestrating business turnarounds, structuring world-class service delivery, building win-win partnerships, spearheading M&A, and leading cross-cultural teams. He has been a key architect of the company’s solid growth trajectory and resilience.

Prior to CSS Corp, Sunil spent 18 years at Infosys across multiple geographies where he held multiple leadership positions. He was widely credited for his sharp business acumen and outcome-focused approach while managing strategic client accounts, incubating new business capabilities, and nurturing C-level relationships across the industry.

Sunil serves on several association boards, including the Partner Advisory Board of the Technology Services Industry Association, and is a member of the Forbes Business Council. Sunil holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, India, and currently resides in Dallas, Texas.

Ram has close to 3 decades of experience and executive-level leadership in driving financial operations and executing enterprise-wide strategic plans. He has strong expertise in accounting, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, investor relations, treasury and ESG, leading to shareholder value creation.

At CSS Corp, Ramaseshan leads the company’s financial and legal areas with a team of experts responsible for finance, accounting, business intelligence, cash flow management, M&A, and the development of future investment strategies. He is also an integral part of CSS Corp’s executive leadership team, influencing the company’s overall financial and operational strategy to support its continued growth.

Prior to joining CSS Corp, he was the head of Global Business Services and India CFO at Cognizant and served as a board member of the Cognizant Foundation India. He was also part of Cognizant’s Global Executive Leadership Team (ELT), responsible for driving overall strategy and operations. He has previously served as CFO of Tata Elxsi and SQS India BFS. He has also had senior financial management stints in Wipro and IBM.

As an established leader in finance, Ram is a member of the India CFO Board, IMA India (International Market Assessment), and various other CFO Forums across the country.

He likes to hit the cricket field in his leisure time and enjoys listening to soothing music.

Ajay Tyagi heads the IT Services business at CSS Corp, which covers the entire stack of cloud, infrastructure, application and security services. He is responsible for the strategy and execution of digital technology, product and platform services.

Ajay has over two decades of experience in the IT industry with expertise in integrated, business-oriented solutions, large account management, relationship management, service delivery, and GTM strategies.

Prior to CSS Corp, Ajay served in organizations like Cognizant, HCL America and Infosys where he played multiple leadership roles leading large deal pursuits, structuring acquisitions and alliances, partnering with large clients and leading sales and solution delivery.

Ajay holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from NIT Warangal and an MBA in Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad.

Mushtaq has almost two decades of IT industry experience and is the global Chief Information Officer at CSS Corp. With expertise in data center technologies, next-generation cybersecurity, cloud, and applications he has assumed various leadership roles and worked across the globe in geographies like the USA, Europe, and APAC

As the CIO of CSS Corp, he has set the organization’s technology strategy and roadmap, and has been driving the organization’s efficiency while creating a digitized ecosystem to elevate customer experience and service agility by collaborating with different stakeholders. During his transformation initiative at CSS, he developed a comprehensive blueprint for corporate infrastructure by re-engineering and implementing new-age contextual technology solution. He has built a future-ready industrialized service delivery by simplifying IT operations, consolidating and modernizing global infrastructure network, security, systems and applications, rationalizing tools, and improving asset utilization.

In his past stint with Infosys, he was associated with Infrastructure Management Services – IMS unit. He was among the initial set of employees who built the foundation of this unit and was a part of its exponential growth. At Infosys, he assumed many leadership roles where he strategized and designed several next-generation service offerings like GTM and co-creation, and also incubated many new service lines. His technology acumen combined with business insights, experience in strategy planning and problem-solving make him a new age CIO.

Mushtaq holds a B.Tech degree from Aligarh Muslim University. He is a passionate industry speaker at various forums and has his works published on various platforms.

Vivian Gomes is the Chief Marketing Officer at CSS Corp. He is an industry thought leader with a strong professional track record of almost 2 decades in the IT and BPM industry.

Vivian leads a passionate team focused on strengthening the CSS Corp brand and helping grow the business. He has deep expertise in brand strategy, PR and communications, analyst relations, digital marketing, demand generation, inside sales, alliances and partnerships, thought leadership creation and market research. Under his leadership, CSS Corp has transformed into one of the world’s most awarded and analyst-accredited companies, that has the highest social media engagement through its LinkedIn channel. He has also set up a robust top-of-funnel demand generation ecosystem that has significantly scaled pipeline generation and new logo acquisition.

Prior to CSS Corp, Vivian held multiple leadership positions at organizations like Genpact, NIIT, Infosys and Cloud Lending Solutions (part of Q2 Software Inc), where he was widely credited for his analytical thinking and outcome-focused approach for solving complex business challenges.

Vivian is a regular contributor of thought leadership in the Tier 1 media and speaks on various podcasts and event panels. He loves watching cricket and dabbling in stock markets. He has won several industry awards for his leadership and achievements in the marketing arena.

He graduated with distinction in Electrical Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology and has an MBA in marketing from the Indian School of Business.

Rahul Joshi is the Chief Technology Officer at CSS Corp. Rahul specializes in shaping innovative technical strategies and executing plans that help clients solve critical business problems. He has two decades of experience building innovative and cutting-edge enterprise IT solutions in the digital, cloud, security, and customer support domain, leveraging analytics and artificial intelligence.

Under his leadership, CSS Corp has created new organizational capabilities, including new platforms and innovative solutions poised to generate a steady revenue stream. These solutions have enabled CSS Corp to win new deals and rave reviews from industry analysts and customers alike. Under his guidance, CSS Corp Innovation Labs has transformed Service Delivery across all service lines with award-winning solutions under “CSS EDISON™” and “CSS CONTELLI™” brands.

Prior to CSS Corp, Rahul held multiple leadership roles at Infosys. He was associated with Infosys for over 17 years and last served as the Head – Research and Development for Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security Services Practice.

Rahul holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Nagpur University.

Sid Victor heads the sales and solutions division across Customer Experience Management & Enterprise Support Services at CSS Corp. He has 17 years of experience in the IT industry, all of which has been with CSS. He is responsible for hunting new logos, providing consultative expertise for clients and internal stakeholders, pipeline generation, business and services transformation, identifying and creating forward-looking solutions and developing innovative differentiators in support.

Sid started out in his career as a tech support engineer at CSS Corp and grew through the ranks owing to his acuity in customer experience, driving new accounts across geographies with fervor, a strong sense of intrapreneurship and his passion for technology.

Sid holds a bachelor’s degree in visual communication and is a certified COPC Registered Coordinator and a Six-Sigma Green Belt recipient. His love for tech pours into his personal life as well, making him an early adopter of new technology.
