Select the account the pending transction is on, go to recent activity, view all, tap the pending investment, hit cancel. Contact Acorns support to have them cancel the transaction. Pending transactions cannot be canceled and you have to wait for the transaction to finalize. Pending transactions aren't real and you don't have to worry about them. 2. Why didn't I get my referral bonus? The referral bonus was an old bonus program that is no longer offered. You must wait 30 days after completion of the referral to get your bonus. Acorns support will reach out to you with information on how to claim your bonus. In order to be eligible for our referral bonus, the requirements must be met for each one of the required number of friends you need to refer. You will receive a paper statement sent to the mailing address on file. You'll receive an email a link to your 1099 form to the email address in your Acorns profile. You can also access it using the web app or mobile browser, even if you’ve closed your Acorns account. Log in and select 'Tax Reports' from the “Statements” dropdown menu. Acorns does not provide tax documentation. You will only receive a tax document if you made over $10,000 in trades for the year. 4. How do I cancel my subscription? Subscriptions are automatically canceled after one year, you have to choose to renew. To cancel your subscription: delete your account and uninstall the app on your phone. Acorns deposits two small transactions into your linked checking account, each less than $0.10. These two deposits can be verified by logging into your Acorns account and selecting Verify Now.
